You will receive a text from number 21088 to confirm your phone number, address, and update any changes before visit. *Please note when completing Mobile Check-In as a Returning Patient, you’re able to hit the “Next” button at the bottom without having to complete any of the questions and it will still allow you to check-in.
PAY YOUR CO-PAY, DEDUCTIBLE, AND/OR ESTIMATED BALANCE BEFORE YOUR VISIT
You will receive a text from (859) 264-0445 - Bluegrass Retina Consultants - telling you that your bill is ready. Please open the email you receive and use the secure Clover payment link to pay before your visit.
