How Scheduling Works
After your visit, our scheduling team will create your next appointment based on your preferred time of day and availability. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive both a text message and an email with the appointment details.
If the appointment time does not work for you, please call us at 859-264-0445 and press 2 to reach our scheduling line.
IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE
If you need to change your appointment, please leave us a voicemail with the following:
• Your full name
• Date of birth
• A call back number
• Your preferred appointment time of day
• Your preferred date for the new appointment
Our rescheduler reviews all requests daily between 4 and 5 pm. After your request is processed, you will receive a message with your updated appointment information.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OUR LEXINGTON PATIENTS
We always see patients in Lexington every Thursday. Please plan your rescheduled appointment around that day, if possible.
