WHAT TO EXPECT during your visit:
Your eyes will be dilated at every appointment. Therefore, it is recommended that you bring a driver to your appointments. You are also strongly encouraged to bring a family member or friend.
With years of experience, we’ve found that it’s our attention to detail that creates a patient-focused environment. For instance, we make every effort to honor appointments, and if a delay is unavoidable, the patient will know the reason why. We frequently see patients with emergencies, which can cause delays in scheduled appointments. Your time is very valuable and we will make every effort to see you as close to your scheduled appointment time as possible.
During the examination, we ensure patients are comfortable. After the examination, we clearly outline all options, explain the reasons for the recommended treatment path and gladly answer all questions to insure patients are well educated on their retinal conditions.
